How to properly take care of my tattoo?

The most important rules of tattoo care:

Always wash your hands thoroughly before touching your new tattoo.

Never use swabs, or similar products on a freshly made tattoo.

Remember to frequently but gently washing your tattoo and ensure that it is properly moisturized.

Do not scrub and do not soak the tattoo!

After about a week you’ll probably start to feel itchy - but remember, the skin in this area is undergoing regeneration - it must not be scratched! For the next 2 weeks - stop exercising and do not sunbathe in the solarium for the next month. Also try to avoid exposure to direct sunlight.

Some useful accessories:

Easy Tattoo cream - available at the studio (possibly ointment containing dexpanthenol),

Food foil - preferably breathable,

Soap with neutral Ph - best antiseptic (children's soaps or intimate hygiene wash),

Paper towel from which the dressing is made - prevents the leakage of plasma outside the dressing,

Dressing patch - will not allow the dressing to move,

How do you set the appointments?

After setting the tattoo pattern, it would be cool if we could give us the dates you would like to come to the studio. We work Monday to Friday from 11am to 6pm, and on Saturdays from 12 to 3pm. Suggest us three possible dates in our working hours, and we will see if they are available, if not, we will offer other.

Signing up for a tattoo session

The best way is to show up in studio, where you can talk to the artist and consult the tattoo design. Alternatively you can contact us through our website.

Can I sign up by an email?

If you want to make a tattoo in our studio, you would have to browse through our artists gallery to find out what kind of work they perform. When you decide which style suits you best, send us an email to let us know whom you would most like to collaborate with.  Include a tattoo theme and description of what is in the artwork and what it is about. Be sure to describe where, on your body, would you like to have a tattoo and its approximate size.

Is a deposit/downpayment required?

To book your appointment, you must pay a deposit. Best in person in the studio, but of course you can make a bank transfer. The deposit is deducted from the final amount you will have to pay for the tattoo. In case you do not come to the appointment, the deposit will be kept in the studio as a form of compensation.

Why don't you send me my tattoo design?

Projects in our studio are shown on the day the tattoo will be made. As a guideline for the project we recognize all the information received in the email correspondence or at a personal meeting. By signing up to our artists, we assume that our customers are familiar with their creativity, appreciate it and are determined to work precisely in this style. Each theme is treated by us uniquely, the artist carries out a unique project for the customer and there is no way that someone else would have made the same tattoo in our studio. Also, we do not share projects because it has happened in the past that people who had received it, used it for commercial purposes, or have been tattooed by someone else who did it improperly, wasting the potential of the design and time of the artist devoted to the project.

Will I know the final price of the tattoo before its done?

As soon as we get all the above information and guidelines, we provide the initial price, usually in the range from - to.... This is because the original size of the tattoo changes and finally tatoos are made smaller and larger which naturally can affect the price.

Can I get tattoo during the period?

There are no health contraindications. It all depends on the individual strength of the client and her general discomfort during the period.

Can you make a tattoo on the scar?

We know from our tattooists' experience that when the scar is not fresh and has time to settle, there should be no contraindication. In our opinion, a professionally made tattoo is a great way to cover an unwanted scar. However, in case of health concerns, we always suggest to consult a physician, preferably a dermatologist who will assess whether there are contraindications for tattooing. It is important to remember that in this particular case there is no rule. Most importantly, the scar should be completely cured. The healing process usually lasts for one year, although it can take years for some people. However, there are proven ways to help you heal scars. You can use vitamin oils or silicone preparations or take advantage of treatments offered by aesthetic medicine. However, the time works for our benefit, because older scars take tattoo ink better than young ones.

In addition, tattoos on the scars are much more complicated than tattooing on a healthy piece skin. This process can be compared to painting on the wet sheet of paper. Therefore, it is impossible to predict how the ink will spread. Contours may be less sharp, and shading and color may require a repeat session. Hence the ultimate effect depends largely on the ability of the tattoo artist. It is worth to come to our studio and consult with the artist. Together you will certainly choose a pattern that not only effectively but also beautifully covers the scars.
